Join this festive class with delicious warming flavors of mole and tamales. We'll go over how to make them traditionally but with a lard-free masa dough, which will be vegan-friendly. We'll also make chicken and vegan fillings, so you can make both for your holiday guests this year! Yum! I can't wait to share these wonderful deep, savory flavors with you.
NOTES: You'll need to soak the corn husks 1 day ahead.
