In this class you'll learn knife skills, how textures effect flavor, and see how easy it is to create an amazing meal with these classic flavors from the French Savoie region. The main dish is made with potatoes, cheese and bacon Then we'll freshen things up with a fabulous winter salad. 

You should probably buy a nice Riesling to go with it. A perfect evening.
